What will happen to me in 2012………

I was in lucid dreaming last night, it fascinates me to write about great experience that is related to end of my life………. In dream, I was facing the disastrous situation in which the whole world was going to end and the date was 21 December 2012. In morning, I was thinking …”why my mind is pondering on this topic?”


Actually few days before, I read one topic “Mayan Prophecy”. You might be wondering about what is Mayan Prophecy……first of all Mayan were the thrived civilization in central and south America around 3000 BC. The Mayans are known for their advanced written language, as well as their art, architecture, maths and astronomy. They invented that Mayan Calendar according to which world will end on 21st December, 2012. It stated as” our entire solar system will come into alignment while cycling through our galaxy every 5,125 years. Since the dawn of the Mayan civilization in 3113 BC, a whopping 5,125 years will have passed, making the Winter Solstice of 2012 so special.”


So, this story brings me in dilemma that everything would be destroyed one day and this led to my dream. Now my dream starts……………..

I just came back to home. I and my friend Hemangi (school friend)……both were watching a movie ……i didn’t know which movie. Suddenly what happened …I switched to another channel……NEWS FLASH…”Tsunami has erupted all over this city ( don’t know which city) “ we scared like a hell….we were unable to think what we had to do now…..time was moving fast…. Hemangi and I both picked up the phone, started calling to our respective family members but the problem was that signal had already left out our work place. Again watching news …………all of a sudden light turned off……MY GOD ……we were in deep dark room…we couldn’t recognized each other…..after so much fight with dark, we went to window place…opened the window……..we couldn’t believe that ……………almost 1000 ft sea water coming as a wall towards us………….it seemed like lions roared in the forest in hunger. We felt like soul already came out to our hearts……………wanted to speak something …........but we stood like a lifeless objects. Now it was just nearer to us……….now I woke up at 10.00 AM in the morning………………….


You might be thinking that…this trailer must be remembering a movie “2012- The End of World”. Here I want to share my view regarding the movie 2012……..It's really a distraction, a way to create drama in our lives, because we want to escape the day-to-day trivialities of the here and now…………………….
There will always be natural and man-made threats and we should be reasonably prepared for these. But acting like the world is going to end won't help us enjoy life today. Several years ago I think the few people that had heard of the Mayan Prophecy may actually have been influenced to live a more enlightened lifestyle……………. But today the sensationalist media are turning it into an end-of-the-world scenario and filling gullible people with even more fear. I just hope that by the time December 21, 2012 arrives we will be fed up with all the hype.
